It's been a long time since the shoreline has been anywhere near The Lakeside Hotel in Jamieson. With Lake Eildon's crowd-drawing reserves so depleted, the owners of the pub have concentrated on creating their own liquid-based tourist attraction. Now called the Jamieson Brewery, the pub is producing some rather interesting and unconventional beer.
